If I could give this place 0 stars I would! My sweet giunee pigs I purchased a month ago in this store both died yesterday. One from severe siezures and the other one from mild seizures. They are only about 5 months old. I believe they sold us sick guinea pigs because they had not grown whatsoever upon adopting them. We did all the care procedures correctly and had done all the propper care. I hope the rest of the litter was taken better care of. When calling to tell them my concern for the rest of the litter they did not care about the story or the other guinea pigs they merely shrugged it away.
The staff are always so nice to my puppy dog. They just go bananas to see animals never seen a friendlier petsmart
Took my dog in to get groomed. All four of his legs have brutal looking cuts and burns from their clippers. Plus, every single paw has a cut in between the pads. Four hours for a haircut but it appears as though they rushed through it. Just terrible. I wish that I could post pictures on this review so that you could see how bad it is. Now my poor dog can't stop licking his wounds, shaking or jumping in pain. Trip to the vet is in order. Thanks
I would give negative if I could!! They treat their employees like garbage!! And when you express your concerns they fire you instead9f abiding by the laws! They don't punish the people who injure your animals its just a slap in the hand to not do it again. They discriminate against certain people. Managment doesnt know their butts from their faces!! Awful company to work for and do business with!
I am an employee at this Petsmart for 5+ years and I enjoy it! The management is fair as long as you do your job competently and are responsible. Unfortunately a disgruntled employee left a review but I figured I'd leave a positive one to compensate.
