My dog isn't the best with other people but the Dr got my dog eating treats out of his hand with no problem. My dog seemed to be nice and at home there. Staff was really good and they are always on top of letting me know when my dog needs her shots again.

Originally called to see if they performed the surgery to help my Frenchie breathe better. They said yes and informed me that he would need to wear a cone for weeks after which I understood. When I eventually got the surgery for him and picked him up, they brought him out without a cone and I asked about the cone and told them they had previously stated he would need a cone. She said that he should be fine, if he starts scratching at it then we can bring him back. He is a puppy so of course he's going to scratch at it. Sure enough days later we notice it turning raw and basically a piece of his nose hanging only by a stitch. My wife took him back in and they said there's nothing they can do. So now once we get the stitch removed he is going to have half of his nostril fall off. The positives were the friendliness and flexibility to schedule me in and affordability of the procedure itself. However, I would pay a bit extra next time to ensure it was done properly.

AMOR is great. We have taken several of our pets here for boarding when needed and for vet services. Very caring friendly people.

They have always taken great care of our animals. We had to put our Lab down and they worked really well with us, very sweet and respectful to us. We will always go here!

Not sure what happened. The staff was very nice and the prices were reasonable, but our mildly sick guinea pig died a couple hours later. When we took her in, she was skittering around and biting at her box, fully curious. She had been able to eat and drink just fine. The vet told us she was mildly dehydrated (which was surprising to me, since I had actually seen her eat and drink before we came) so they took her in the back room to "sub-durally" hydrate her and trim her nails. We were told it would perk her up temporarily. However, when they brought her back in to us, she was very lethargic and subdued. I figured she was just tired from her ordeal. By the time we got her home, she wouldn't even eat her favorite lettuce and went from bad to worse. She didn't survive the night. Something happened during the hydration procedure. I don't think they did it on purpose, but I think that they need to examine what was done and analyze whether it was done properly. I am afraid to come back for other animals. I won't be recommending Amor.
