GREAT store. They couldn’t be more helpful and organized. The store is extremely clean and the location is extremely convenient. Glad these guys opened up and hope the neighborhood appreciates them
Husband went in a week ago to have a tool ordered for him since they didn't carry it. The teenager ordered the wrong part. My husband went to pick it up and it was the wrong one.

I just have to give a shout out to Tyler at Ace Hardware in West Jordan!! After a long and frustrating day of searching for a very specific item for a Traeger Grill for my dads Father's Day present.. I finally called Ace because I discovered they carry Traeger Grills. At first I called and they guy that answered the phone looked and said they didn't have it. I was about to give up because it felt impossiple to find this item. Then within minutes I had a voicemail from Tyler. He said, Hi I am not sure if I even have the right person but if you just called looking for this item we do actually have it so call us back and we will hold it for you! I was so impressed that someone would call a random number back hoping to get the right person. Amazing service!!! Thank you Tyler, because of you I will always visit your store for all of my Traeger and hardware needs! Thank you!!
