They were more than helpful and the manager even came out and since we had waited for over half an hour she offered us $10 Kohl's cash and went above and beyond in customer service. They didn't have to do that but they did and I truly appreciate all the effort that they put in helping us.
Found the store to be very disorganized used to be well kept you could always find someone to help you not so on this visit. Interesting, fall items were marked 70% off yet garden tools remained at their full price it's November in Utah, go figure . very disappointed in how the store has come to be. It used to be one of my favorite stores I could always find good deals and great organization, not so anymore. Do they have a new manager? Or is Shopko planning to go out of business and they don't really care anymore a dissatisfied customer

I was there trying to get my Kohls card to work and we were having issues. Customer service wasn't able to get our account working but the ladies at kohl's were able to take care of us.
