These guys are great great! I've used them many times through my company and once for personal. Every single time they go out of their way to make sure my needs are met. I've been using Enterprise through companies I work for and for personal over the last 13 years and will continue to do so indefinitely. Enterprise makes the process of renting a car super easy and very affordable. In fact when I rent for personal it's because it's cheaper to rent a car and pay for gas than it is to use my personal vehicle for the trip. Gotta Love a V8
I was involved in an auto accident last month the other person's insurance provider made my reservation with the closest Enterprise branch to where my vehicle would be repaired. Lynn from the local branch in West Jordan with Enterprise was AMAZING!!!! She was on time, very polite, she made light of the situation that no one ever wants to deal with. She made sure I was put into a vehicle that met my families needs. It was clean and the whole process went incredibly smooth! Thank you for making that part of the process go easy I appreciate all you did Enterprise! You have a great employee!
The first dealings we had with Higgins the front desk receptionists were rude. Same, the second time. Not sure how my car turned out as I haven’t seen it yet. If you truly want a good Body Shop that treats you like family and is just down the street from Higgins take it to Top Notch Auto. They may take longer but it’s worth the wait. And the service beats the hell out of the snotty receptionists at Higgins. This last experience they worked on our car, sent me a text and said it’d be ready Monday. My daughter calls at 4:30 just before they close at 5:30 and says the car is ready. When I called to pay them I asked them if they could take care of the rental car we had, their response:” Where do you want us to leave your car keys?” Obviously this company does not go above and beyond. DO NOT GO THERE! Worst customer experience ever.
The service at this office was surprisingly pleasant. Usually, rental companies try to rip you off left and right, but these guys work well as a team, and with customers. They were also very flexible with me extending. My only complaint is the website, but that use was more a reflection of Enterprise corporate than this office. Again, very impressed.
Great service always. Only reason I give them 4 stars is the fact the're so busy that sometimes cares are no cleaned up to detail or you have to wait to get a rental, specially on weekends.
