I have worked on many mobile homes in this park nice area for kids
HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE DO NOT LIVE HERE BEYOND ANGRY. So they have a rule here that you can't park past 12 mindnight or they tow your car. So that's all great except one issue, most of the homes do not come with extended parking. So you won't ever be able to have guests spend the night. Most only have 3 available spots, and There's literally no where else to park. Don't have a rule that you can't park past 12 on the street if you aren't going to provide more parking spots and then tow our cars when we aren't home. My daughter has a car and so does my wife! So to make room I park on the grass. Daughter came home from work to find our car was gone. If you aren't going to provide parking don't complain when we find a place to park. We are customers that deserve respect.
Can someone answer me one question does the rent go up and whats the rent there?
