I wanted AL to come out because all the reviews were about AL, but he is book. However, the three plumbing professionals were exactly that. Quality work for a fair price. Was not even charged a trip fee or extra for being out in the middle of nowhere. Would recommend this company above all others. They drove same day out to my home in Stockton, UT for a free estimate. Talk about your neighborly company that cares about helping a person in need at a more than fair price with quality work in a timely manner. You should call Valley Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
I am truly happy and excited to have my bathroom works on by these guys. I feel like they were 100% honest with me. I feel that they did great work. I feel like they cared for my peace of mind as much as they would if it was their own house they were working on. So I am completely satisfied with them!!!!! They are so far the best plumbers I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot in my time due to my type of work. I have works with probably 60-75 plumbers and these guys are by far the best! Thanks for caring and doing such a great job!
This was the worst experience with a plumber I've had. They took advantage of a woman's ignorance on plumbing issues! My new counter tops were installed tried to save the extra $300 the installers were charging by going with Valley Plumbing. I received an amazing quote from Larry, who was great, thanks Larry! He really was great!
When it came time for the job though, he unfortunately was out due to an emergency. The guy they sent to complete the plumbing seemed annoyed right when he got here. For 1, that I already paid and 2 because he said he didn't think I paid enough. He made it a point to tell me, "I would've charged you at least $600"... really? Then he said the new faucets couldn't be reinstalled without re-doing all the lines because they were cheap and didn't work... okay, they worked before? That was my only option he said, but was giving me 50% off... He charged me another $260. So now the job cost me over $400, ($138 over the price it originally would've cost with the other co. doing it) and I find out this morning, all he needed was a different connector piece for the faucet! Though it was time consuming, it would've saved me the money. Great! Oh and it get's better. He installed the kitchen faucet with the plate, like I asked him not to do, but he had an excuse for just doing it without telling me. Then told me I could re-do it myself later...? What? Isn't that what I paid you for? He left garbage and plumbing parts all over that I had to clean up, walked on my new carpet with his dirty shoes and to top it off my faucets are leaking, so now I'm waiting for them to come back out... I will never go through this company again! Save yourself the hassle and choose someone else. There are a lot of options.
George was awesome. So informative and worked his schedule so he could help us that day of the consult. Very fair pricing and he even looked for some coupons to get us a better deal. We were very impressed. The secretary was so kind and personable. We will definitely we using them again. Thank you!
This is a fantastic company. I was truly impressed by the care and concern of my situation. We had our basement flood and needed quick assistance. For one, Valley Plumbing was happy to drive out to Stockton UT vs. other companies who would not drive out here. My appointment was moved up sooner from the original scheduled time/day to that same day, and the work was competitively priced with flat fees vs. hidden costs or hourly fees. The work was completed the next day and the basement is dry.
Al was wonderful to work with. He explained to my husband how to turn the water off until he could get to us. The hole he had to dig was very large, and the sticky clay was a physical challenge. We appreciated his kindness as he dealt with hard labor and some other surprises to get our water running again. Top notch service at a reasonable price!
