They are super nice and are so willing to help when I have an insurance issue. I have a very expensive medicine and they searched for a company who will give me a coupon to help lower my cost. It has helped me so much. And as far as people cutting in line they have been in line and then there has been an issue so as good customer service they let you back in line I don't mind letting others go back in line as I have needed it my self. Some day others will need that and won't be so critical. I think they are awesome!! I give them a 4 cause we all could use improvement

I have been a customer for years. The staff is great. They almost always have the stock. They will match prices of other pharmacies. My favorite pharmacy.
They told me that the doctor had not called in my prescription, but he did. It was filled and ready to be picked up. The pharmacy insisted that it was not called in. When I insisted that it was called in the woman said "Let me check my other screen." Then, she said it is ready for pick up. What she really meant to say was "Let me check my screen for the first time." I went a few days without my meds. I ended up in the hospital for two days.
