There were multiple buckets of popcorn lying around in the bushes and on the ground outside.
I love this Cinemark. The popcorn is always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly. They keep it pretty clean for a movie theater, and have a lot of staff that keep it that way. Never had a bad experience here
Within the last couple years the theaters have undergone some renovations, and while I appreciate the big leather recliners, the acoustics are now TERRIBLE compared to how they were before the renovations. Before the renovations it was easy to get immersed in the movie you were watching and not be bothered much by other people whispering or digging into their popcorn. But now it's possible to hear every little thing over the movie, including noise from movies in neighboring theaters.
A great theatre that offers amazing birthday party packages and top notch service. Kudos to Brian (GM) and Cynthia (AM)! In addition to an awesome movie in the comfort of luxurious recliners, we appreciate all the assistance, lovely decor, tasty food and refreshments provided by your establishment! This is a fantastic venue for a party! You truly made our teenager and guests feel like stars! We recommend this theatre 100%!!!!
These guys are fantastic! Management even honors Fandango's Hollywood Movie Money! Allowing my family to enjoy a great night out at a fraction of the cost!!! Super neat and clean, fantastic restaurant, concessions and bathrooms! They have reclining comforter seating and barriers between seating rows (No obnoxious phone lights!) I am very impressed and that is hard to do for this veteran! Cannot suggest them enough! Absolutely five stars!
I think I've been to these theaters just once and it was a decent enough experience. It was strange because my fiancee (now wife) and I showed up on a $5-Tuesday evening, but there was literally nobody around buying tickets or even in general. We asked the cashier why this ghost town situation was occurring on such a ridiculously popular (even ritualistic, at least for me) day of the week in this generally happening part of town. Apparently, we had just missed the herd of moviegoers that had gone in and out, and we were early enough for our movie that the next herd had not yet arrived to their preferred Tuesday-night watering hole. It was a strange and pleasant experience.
We love this theater because it's so close to home. But management could do well to enforce more appropriate audience behavior. I'm willing to accept the higher ticket prices for those big comfy chairs, but I'm paying for a particular experience, and that should not include parents who let their kids treat the theater like a Chuck-E-Cheese.
I wish the administration would do more to enforce age restrictions on films. On multiple occasions I've experienced families bringing crying or unruly children into movies that are very clearly not meant for kids.
