Great place to eat before or after a movie. If you can, ask for Mindy, or Alix, or Mike, or Edith, or Ronni. You WILL be taken very good care of.
Bad service. Our waiter ignored our table virtually the whole time. The food is okay but there are other options that would be more worth your money.
The only thing I don't get is....why does it take so long to get your mixed drink or beer?
The waiter tried to shake our hands when we got there. It was strange. I got a salad to go with my boyfriend's meal and his dad got soup. My bf and his mom got their sandwiches and were finished eating by the time my salad finally came. How do you screw up soup and salad? I asked for a bake potato instead. I'd told them no meat on my salad. I asked for extra sour cream and extra butter. I got a little sour cream and a little butter and bacon with it. They gave us some muffins for the inconvenience. We had to go to In 'n Out burger after since his dad was starving. Thanks for the horrible experience. I like the fireplace but it's horribly outdated and no vegetarian options really. They didn't say bye to us on the way out like it was our fault we weren't given the food we had ordered. They don't have hot tea either.
It took 40 minutes to get our food then once we got our food the only thing horse was the beans. The meat and potatoes were at best room temperature. Plus, the manager was too busy to listen to our complaint. Very disappointing.
It happens every time.....you have to remind your waitress and most of the time your drink is sitting on the bar waiting to be picked up. Do they do this on purpose for some reason? We still come here anyways.....but maybe someone high up will read this and change the system to work better for their customers sake
We eat here regularly, great food and good portions. The staff are always friendly and great family atmosphere.
