First off, I called them and it went to voicemail. Which is odd for a company. Especially a pizza place. So I called another location and they said to call the Murray location. I called Murray and they told me to cal West Jordan. I told them I did that. They said to call them twice because doing the same thing more times creates a different result. I then called Murray 5 more times and somehow one of the calls worked. They put me on hold for 5 mins then said "hello?" Yeah kinda weird answering statement. I said "hello, are you a business or did I get the wrong number?" "No what can I get for you?" "Well I want delivery, first of all." Then they got all my info and after giving them everything they said it would be a 2 HOUR WAIT. I told them I'm good and hung up. For a company that's not very well known, they have no issue throwing people around and causing a loop that leads to a dead end. Sorry but this was a terrible first experience and I won't be trying this company again.
The best pizza on the valley. I have to say they have nice staff specially Kelsie, always give us an amazing customer service. I have taken my store team a couple of times here and she will received us with an amaizing smile. Thanks a lot, will see you soon again.
I love this pizza place, and think it's one of the best delivery chains out there. The Combo pizza is divine, the cheesy bread rocks and the delivery people are pretty cool to boot. My last call was with a well informed worker that broke down the menu items and took the time to explain the specials. It was nice to be able to talk to someone that made me feel like a customer and not a number. Looking forward to more business in the future. Keep it up Marco's!
Marco's is by far my favorite pizza place. They totally blow dominos out of the water. The quality is always amazing and the customer service has always been outstanding! 12/10 would recommend.
This place is my home away from home. The pizza is amazing. Only pizza I have ever had that I like to eat the crust first. Everything is made fresh from the dough to the croutons on the salad. I love working here, and every time I get there I make it my goal to give every customer a great experience. So if you're looking for a great pizza for any kind of occasion definitely try us, and you can even ask for me I'd love to see ya there. I'm not just saying it either...the pizza is AMAZING.
