We came in after hours on a Thursday night. The owners stayed an hour after the time they closed. Excellent customer service, if you as me.
Le is always great to visit. My kids love to go in and get the tootsie roll she gives every time. They are able to find any issues with my pants and/or suit before it gets bad. Great service and always quick!! I recommend that everyone goes here.
I always paid upfront. The one time I didn't, I was charged triple the amount when I picked up my clothing. I was called about a few missing buttons, and was told it would be just a few dollars more to have them fixed. I agreed. Never should've done it. I was taken to the cleaner...by the dry cleaner! I won't be going here again.
Sadly I'm a procrastinator and needed my dress this saterday by 3:30 . I needed an alteration and a deep cleaning as well. I felt hopeless and defeated because of my dress ; when I brought it in looked like a rag. They called me and said it was ready before the time they estimated, which is always great. I recommend Jordan cleaners to clean your very important articles of clothing. When I saw my dress it looked brand new and not the dress I thought it was going to look like. it is beautiful dress now very very clean and very beautiful thankyou Jordan cleaners! You are amazing.
Amazing place and Mrs. Lee was very helpful in cleaning clothes and tailoring/altering my pants. Prices are very fair. Even the customer before me, she told them that please come and tell me what's wrong and we can work it out, which I appreciated a lot. Great place and highly recommended!
