I walked in and you can see the workers at a table but they did not seem to notice that a customer walked in. I continued to walk around the store and look at the furniture. I found a couple of pieces I liked but still there was no one around to help. I went back to where the workers were but all were to busy to help right then....I left a bit disappointed.
There are very friendly and ready to help you.
Very pushy salesman who hovered than two feet away at all times, and when my teen son was injured in their store (bleeding all over their carpet, even, because of their unsafe floors that caused him to fall) they did NOTHING to help.
Worst customer service ever. It has been more than 2 months and I still waiting for my dinning table and chairs. I have made many phone calls to see what's going on (instead of them calling me for a follow up) and all that I got from them are lies!! Also prior to my dinning set I bought a sectional. 5 months later the corner of one of my pieces started to brake. They said it was easy to fix and in a week they were going to fix it. Well That should've been my first warning sign... A month later I got their call. At least they fixed it. NEVER AGAIN BUYING SOMETHING FROM THIS STORE.
Sold us a washing machine as new. It broke down after 3 months and the repair person said it was 3 years old and wasn't under warranty. Granite never apologized when we called them out on it. They did pay for the repair though. I'm not very happy with them for lying in the first place. I know the reason they didn't tell us the age of it was because they would have had to discount it. The price was comparible to other washers we saw that were new.
