Worst place ever but its convenient...clothes are never on the racks and the day before school starts there is only one cashier for regular customers and one for those with exchanges.....if understaffed PLEASE CORRECT OR CLOSE
I highly recommend YOU NOT SHOP this store, they know nothing of good customer service, and EVERYTHING about being shady, snarky, and flat out thieves!
Prices and brands are pretty decent but the customer service is pretty abysmal.
One of my absolutely favorite stores. And I love when they start to get the holiday stuff in LOL
This store and it's management are thieves!! They will not refund your money even if you are within their stupid 3 day rule and even if you have your receipt. You will be handed an in store credit and told to get over it. All of them some to me in a "put out" attitude especially the female pitbull at the door. They flat out refused to refund my 17 year old daughter her MONEY! I told them she didn't want store credit, as there was nothing in the store she wanted. They are ripping off teenage girls and telling them to get over it.
I love this store but it does need a little more organization and everytime I go is most of the time empty so please keep the store full but you guys have the best prices thats why I'll give you guys 5 stars
