I am a 63 yr old woman needing foot surgery. And I could not put any weight on it for 6 wks, so I went hunting for transportation. I found High Country E Bikes on KSL . All the guys there were nice and helpful. I started with a scooter with big wheels which drove so smoothly. But it hurt my knee that had had knee replacement. Then they suggested a "Gemini" which had a seat instead. It worked great!! Drove it around the house, outside, to the doctor and store. It fit in my SUV very well. Crutches would have killed my arthritic hands. It was wonderful to be able to rent the scooter, also. So HIGH COUNTRY E BIKES thank you so much for saving me!!!

The selection of electric bikes these guys have is second to none. They know what they're talking about within their product line, AND their bike mechanic is top notch. I've never been to one better!!
The customer service is phenomenal. I called them both for pick-up and drop-off at the end of the day and both times they were willing to wait to close until after I got there. They treated me with the utmost kindness and gave me a great rate for a 2 month rental on a knee scooter. Thank you.
